Clear direction is non existent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're starting to make remote culture a thing. I'd love to see more of this.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance, pay, bonus program, 401k match... Basically everything is world class. I do wish the 401k match was better, but the rest of the benefits are amazing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Mutual respect, we're all working towards the same goal, I can trust everyone on my team. We're all willing to step up and help out when we're needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They evaluated pay to remain competitive and adjusted pay for the company. I've never worked at a place where they've done an adjustment like that for everyone just to remain competitive. Amazing.
