This has been the best company I have worked for, I really appreciate that I am encouraged to have a life outside of work and to enjoy it too. I also really appreciate that I can work remotely, to me this shows that the company trusts me and cares about what I want too.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I deserve higher pay, the strict timeline guidelines laid out around internal promotion make it seem like it may be quicker to look elsewhere rather than waiting 1-2 years in your role with no hope of promotion regardless of performance.
