It's fine. Very rocky in the beginning, starting to improve and get better. Excited for 2022 and hopefully some serious updates to the employee experience that are not as superficial as catered lunch or like random events. We need to actually look at why people work and align benefits appropriately

It's okay. I like my job and I am learning a ton. I love my boss and I love my executive, Charlie. Aside from that, benefits are bottom tier, external culture does not reflect internal culture, equity is bottom tier, cash comp is fine

I love my Manager and I love my team's buy-in to our mission
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are very few things positive about the culture. It's rinse and repeat. I do enjoy my colleagues
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equity compensation is purposely opaque and significantly under market. It's truly disappointing to work hard to build something knowing that equity comp is abysmal
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Charlie and Ryan are absolutely phenomenal. They care about their employees, actively advocate for them and clearly are the right people for the positions with the experience to scale this company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our equity compensation is very low. Our benefits are poor, but not nearly as poor as equity comp. We are laggards in these areas compared to not only the global market, but also Utah. When we evaluate these things I'd wish we would evaluate them as leaders and standouts, innovating.
