I like to work here, I think people are great, the company is growing up so fast, but I guess sometimes growing up so fast can be bad, so we have to always be careful

They do seem to care about people and diversity.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being recognized for what I do best, having time to chat with my coworkers, and having the feeling I'm delivering something good for the community
What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't see any competition with them and I feel like I have an open space to be myself and talk to them about almost everything
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compering salary with other tech friends, it really looks like Route either pays under or holds people from going up a level and getting better compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really like the talks and lunch & learn about diversity, and leadership life stories, I think we try to do as much as we can to be a people company and not only a tech company.
