What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think everyone does care about the vision at Route and so we are all working in the same direction towards the same goals. There are very few people who are disengaged, let along actively working at odds to the company's direction
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The recent market based adjustment changed my attitude about potentially looking at other companies because I could clearly see online that my wage was too low for my role and my level - Route made up for it and I am extremely pleased to continue enjoying working here at a fair wage
