As a fairly new hire, I can definitely see what I would call "good growing pains"; it's clear the company is bursting at the seams with potential and real growth, and some of the onboarding and training shows that, but it hasn't had any real adverse effects, and there are a lot of great efforts.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy and attitudes are youthful and there is a strong sense of forward momentum.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Definitely the positive attitudes and energy. It really challenges me to foster more positive reactions and interactions for myself.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare coverage - it's a HUGE relief since there was no coverage provided at my last job. I'm loving all the benefits, though!
What makes you most happy at work?
Hitting the numbers expected of me. I'm still quite new, so it's challenging, but I'm starting to feel a rush when I can hit those goals or get recognized for my efforts!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since I joined Route I've been absolutely impressed with the positivity and energy of the employees and leadership, and the drive to promote recognition and appreciation. It's a huge step up from any other company I have worked at.
