Probably the pay and compensation honestly. Route treats their employees very fairly in my opinion!

They have hired exceptionally well. Many of those I work with are the most talented coworkers I've ever had.

Each of them hits above their weight class, and we each trust each other. We also have great work-life balance because we each own our respective function.
