People are open and willing to meet each other. It seems like everyone genuinely care about each other. Great snacks and providing free food.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture is great because we take time to get to know each other and have fun joking around. We all encourage each other to work hard and reach out team goals!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like sometimes there is some secrecy with what people are getting paid and what their bonus is. So it makes me feel like I don't know if what I'm making is good or way less than other people. I wish people were more transparent.
