We are one dream one team here. Everyone is supportive of each other and it makes it really a fun work environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am really excited about the incentive bonus at the end of each quarter! I also adore the fact that our premiums are covered 100%. That is HUGE
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel safe to make mistakes. I've honestly never felt that before. I also really feel comfortable with our incredible leadership. They are so down to earth and approachable. They come to me for impute and advice. I feel very respected and valued because of that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel truly invested in at this company. I have grown more in the last 2 months here at Route than my 6-7 years doing what I do. I know what is expected of me. I am stretched daily and challenged constantly. I also feel safe to be authentically me and make mistakes.
