My overall experience is unmatched to any other place I have been. Granted, my work experience is not as long as others here, but again, the people here are amazing. Having a solid and positive workforce is secure and makes you feel committed to showing up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly, I love the jet dental benefit. It is cool that they come to the office. It is incredibly convenient and inclusive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I am surrounded by! I love what we do, but having great people to around makes it all the better. It is more comfortable and makes you feel that you can really be your best self ready to succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so amazing- everyone is so welcoming and kind, and the friendships and relationships that I have made through working with such amazing people is so great. I feel so comfortable going to any person for any reason. Collaboration is always at the forefront!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The collaboration of the culture here in this company is outside of anything I have experienced. Everyone is so willing to help when needed, and will never make you feel like you are wasting anyone's time. Everyone has each other's back, and I think that is really admirable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how lighthearted my leadership team is. They do a really great job at keeping space for questions, concerns, as well as fun times. This feels that on top of productivity, we also spend a lot of time together, and making it a safe and comfortable place first and foremost is really great.
