What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is really good for a engineer in utah, with the recent bump, along with the HSA and 401k being great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How they treat all employees as people along with being super open to discussion, criticism, and feedback, while also giving great feedback to the individual.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free food! In reality that is great, but I love the openness the push for having a good work life balance, and just the teamwork and camaraderie. Everything together makes it a great place to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teamwork and camaraderie, anytime a pager duty comes in or there is an issue everyone is working together. It makes the team feel like a team that is about accomplishing Route's goals and producing high quality results rather than a competition to see who is the best.
