It's been good, but there is some bureaucracy when hiring. I like Route a lot and would love to stay, but it is hard to move into another role.

The people, and team leads, and desire to make things more efficient.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The natural occurring culture, people creating relationships with people, the constant desire to make things better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Reps talk and it is frustrating that someone that has been with the company for nearly a year is being paid less than someone who just started.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need to reassess the raise requirements, only a few things are taken into account, management should be looking at the value that the representatives bring overall(including additional responsibilities taken on and projects).
