Guidance and prioritization of the features, it's really well managed. Also, 1:1 meetings to have the freedom to speak about everything.

Commit to the goals for each quarter, engage and ensure everybody from the team will achieve the plans following the company's goals.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company looks to us individually since it should look like a team. It doesn't matter if a project was done for one or two people, or which part of the project was done by each person. Most of the decisions come top-down, which is terrible; The company should trust its employees.
