10/10 my only complaint is my hourly wage. But the benefits and culture definitely help outweigh that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Claims Team Member: I feel like solving tickets for customers is a vital part to Route and we should be compensated accordingly. I feel like we are getting paid an entry-level position for an incredibly important part of the company. Higher retention for the team and everyone is happy.
