The team events for sure! And lunches in office!

Helping a customer who has had a bad experience and turning it into a good one.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Claims Team Member: I feel like solving tickets for customers is a vital part to Route and we should be compensated accordingly. I feel like we are getting paid an entry-level position for an incredibly important part of the company. Higher retention for the team and everyone is happy.
