I would describe Route as a fast-paced learning environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving are important, I'm constantly learning new ways to handle situations while also dealing with unfamiliar ones. It's taught me to be comfortable/confident in a constant state of growth and learning.

Everyone is extremely welcoming and happy to help each other out. No one has to feel embarrassed/hesitant when seeking clarification or help. This not only helps everyone feel comfortable and empowered but ensures that we all have the correct policy knowledge and handle claims correctly day to day.
