What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how easy they are to talk to! They love to hear all the different types of ideas you bring to the table.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be envolved provide support when needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its okay overall nothing other companies dont offer but not lacking
Not only do we offer medical for our staff but for pets as well.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like we have the best of the best! We are actively working to grow our brand and with our growth we are always recruiting. I believe all associates have the bandwidth to speak their mind and be vocal about questions or concerns. We have strong teams at RPM

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For such a large and growing organization the company culture truly is amazing! It feels like a much smaller company even though it's large. I've been with the company over a year and am very impressed with the leadership team and the initiatives they have rolled out.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Training, mentorship, hands on leadership, trust, actual qualified candidates.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Neutral the questions are not difficult because they di not have qualified people
The interviewees were able to answer my questions and they get back relatively quickly!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Too many interviews. The recruiter was unable to answer important questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing really makes me exceptionally happy at work
I love the people I work with daily, especially on the operations side. I have an amazing team and love our overall benefits package.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership no experience and simply do not build their team or invest in anyones well being. Lead by example.
