Above the associate level things are pretty much a snakepit of trying to get over each other. The associates are basically viewed as low cost resources that they want to fan out for better margins as much as they can.

Stop being so arrogant and learn to be more humble. You are not all that and more.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organizing the firm and your teams. It is incredible that we get paid to consult when our own house is a mess.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be honest about the job, not try to rope in talent and then let the culture whittle out those that you weren't honest with.
