Show loyalty towards older employees that have been loyal to the firm and continue to stay buys. Yeah, they are more expensive than employees from India and El Salvador, but they will continue to contribute to the company's mission.

Organizing the firm and your teams. It is incredible that we get paid to consult when our own house is a mess.

Communication, respect, to keep one pm on a job

I think public accounting really needs to look at the change in structure from largely compliance to largely consulting type work, and adjust staffing models and training programs. A large focus is still on the compliance work but the drive and direction of the firm is on the consulting type work.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They are taught to be focused on themselves. There is no "we" or "team". Only self centered focus. It isn't building a business unit, its taking all you can for yourself. No long term plan at all.

Stop being so arrogant and learn to be more humble. You are not all that and more.

Change jobs to a better company that treats employees as people.

We need to be better at having each others back looking out for the good of the firm and our clients more than ourselves. Humility and gratitude would go a long way to improve growth culture.

Develop a team approach to serving clients, remove internal competition and the internal slicing of projects and the unfair, ineffective sharing of resources and revenue.

Work Life Integration - giving us the flexibility to go to doctor appointments and not feel bad about it as long as our work is being completed

The whole company should be removed.

Confusion in services offered. Internal competition beyween consulting groups and too close relationships with vendors. They are not actingblike consultants they are a VAR.
