The management is a bunch of two faced jackasses who say one thing to your face and do something else behind your back. You never know if you have a job or not, short term decisions about products, services and staffing is the order of the day. Management rewards brown-nosing.

Stop lying about the work environment. It is crappy.

Stop lying about the firm's independence and admit you are a VAR selling products.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stand behind the people who built the firm. They abandoned hundreds of good people over unrealistic profitability and margin requirements.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Eliminate the total focus on competition between employees, consulting groups compete between each other and that's how they like it...dog eat dog internally. Pathetic.
