Mr. Robert A. Koch has been a Vice President and General Counsel of Rudolph Technologies Inc. since May 2003. From April 1986 to May 2003, Mr. Koch was employed by Howmedica Osteonics Corp., the orthopaedic implant subsidiary of Stryker Corporation, where he was their in-house counsel for 12 years and last served as their Director of Legal Affairs. Mr. Koch holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering, both from Rutgers University. Mr. Koch earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law--Newark in 1991 and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
