Communication, salaries, benefits, and culture
No matter how hard you work, you are not appreciated. Friday lunches just don't cut it.
Again, communication. I would not call it an overly friendly workplace,
The plant manager must be fair with the employees and honor, doctors notes and don't let the supervisor discriminate against the employees or intimidate them that they're gonna get fired. If they don't listen there's laws and rules follow. They need to respect the law.
Get a new COO who understands the business
