    It can't be approved. If the plant manager lets the supervisors they have to respect the employees let them do their job.

    The plant manager must be fair with the employees and honor, doctors notes and don't let the supervisor discriminate against the employees or intimidate them that they're gonna get fired. If they don't listen there's laws and rules follow. They need to respect the law.
