What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation days increase in 5 year increments, you can get up to 5 weeks and a week of personal days after 20 years. You start with two weeks and 5 personal days which is well above average these days. The best part I would say is that this company still offers a pension plan in addition to a 401k
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To have a supportive leader that protects their employees instead of throwing them under the bus and claiming it's victory

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The parent company (RPM) is the positive element, they have safety standards, and standards for professionalism that they take extremely seriously and I think that is what we need at our location

Better leaders and recognizing tenure
