Ryan Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Commissions are the best part

Sports club memberships are paid

Great Health Benefits and bonus opportunity.

Maternity leave was a major blessing. Our benefits are amazing and better than most in the market.

Complete benefits package with additional HSA for incidentals.

Unlimited PTO, regular bonuses, consideration for different "non-standard benefits"

Generous tuition reimbursement along with a home office payment for new employees to outfit their home office.

Review from Operations Dept

The salary and the benefits.

Excellent benefits for a medium-sized company.

Everyone shares in annual profits

It's competitive for the Dallas market.

Fair and merit based. Opportunities for additional bonuses based on performance.

Top notch, it's one of the best packages I've received from any employer

The profit sharing on all projects.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a SR. Consultant I was making less than some Consultants in the firm. I was promoted to Team Lead and my salary increased but still it was low. It wasn't until I complained to HR that they bumped me up. I still believe my salary is relatively low. You have really hustle to fill the gap.
