The leadership team is encouraging, inspiring and challenging.

The leadership team does a monthly call where they answer all questions from employees from the ridiculous covid/diversity initiative questions to the constant questions about benefits and comp. They do not shy away from uncomfortable conversations and that is really admirable.

Great CEO. The other leaders are predominantly very good with a few who are a mix.

Transparent and willing to reach out to the entire organization to solve problems.

Always open to positive change.

Have faith in senior leadership. They set goals and we seem to meet them. I've worked elsewhere where we're never succeeding against benchmarks, but Ryan is a raising star and it's fun to be a part of it. Sr leadership seems to be driving us int he right direction all the time.

We are very project centric in our department and with that, our managers are very technical and stay engaged to help us find the best solutions to getting our tasks done timely and without issue.
