Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a SR. Consultant I was making less than some Consultants in the firm. I was promoted to Team Lead and my salary increased but still it was low. It wasn't until I complained to HR that they bumped me up. I still believe my salary is relatively low. You have really hustle to fill the gap.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even working remotely, teams are in constant communication.
Genuine interest in success at all levels - from personal to professional. Very much a growth mindset in a supportive environment.
That we care about each other and that we can work freely under own responsibility.
Open, transparent. Flexible work environment - can take off when needed and work from home occasionally.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The number of people I got to meet
The ability to sit with my direct supervisor and the overall department head.
Extremely knowledgeable talent acquisition specialists who are also easy to talk to and provide realistic expectations.
Based on conversation and thorough. Allowed me to also interview the company to make sure it's a good fit.
The human resources staff is extremely friendly, efficient and helpful.
