No counting of vacation days! Just get your work done and everyone's happy. Great life/work balance. I can't stress this enough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My small team (approx 7 people) is a great team to work with. Everyone has their strengths to be relied on when the appropriate time comes. Everyone does their part.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Have faith in senior leadership. They set goals and we seem to meet them. I've worked elsewhere where we're never succeeding against benchmarks, but Ryan is a raising star and it's fun to be a part of it. Sr leadership seems to be driving us int he right direction all the time.
