What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a monthly call where they answer all questions from employees from the ridiculous covid/diversity initiative questions to the constant questions about benefits and comp. They do not shy away from uncomfortable conversations and that is really admirable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous tuition reimbursement along with a home office payment for new employees to outfit their home office.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a SR. Consultant I was making less than some Consultants in the firm. I was promoted to Team Lead and my salary increased but still it was low. It wasn't until I complained to HR that they bumped me up. I still believe my salary is relatively low. You have really hustle to fill the gap.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They president of the Canadian operation has an open door policy and is really easy to speak with. The environment feels almost family like.
