Mr. Berisford served as the Chief Personnel Officer at The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. and also served as its Senior Vice President of Human Resources since March 28, 2005. He spent 22 successful years at PepsiCo. Mr. Berisford served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Pepsi Beverages Company and was responsible for leading its global human resources department, including staffing, diversity, labor relations and organizational capability. He served as Director of Human Resources for Pepsi-Cola Company's Heartland Business Unit in 1995. He served as Vice President of Field Human Resources of The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. from January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2004 and also served as its Group Vice President of Human Resources since 2004. He joined the Pepsi system's human resources department in 1988. Mr. Berisford served as Vice President of Organization Capability for The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. from 1988 to 2001. Following a series of successive assignments, Mr. Berisford was named Human Resources Manager at Pepsi-Cola's headquarters in 1991 and held several human resources positions, including roles in staffing, labor relations and organizational capability. He has been an Additional Non-Executive Director of CRISIL Limited since July 19, 2016. He holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from West Liberty College in West Virginia and a Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University.
