- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am severely under paid. A 20-30% raise would motivate me. I live outside of Florida in a much more expensive area which is a benefit to the company but I am not paid, with cost of living taken into account l, fairly and struggle to make ends meet.
