Fix management and employees will excell
Not restiticting hours of department to get manager their monthly bonuses.
Everyone is committed to give the best customer service and they work the hardest I have ever seen
Don't pay manager to cut hours while receiving salary and benefits of bonuses. Employees suffering to make departments work without the proper amount of hours to complete.
Give me the ability to do my best to get higher sales and better service. Currently I am cut hours and feel like manager benefits. Manager compensation is flawed and currupt.
