- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Not restiticting hours of department to get manager their monthly bonuses.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Give me the ability to do my best to get higher sales and better service. Currently I am cut hours and feel like manager benefits. Manager compensation is flawed and currupt.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Don't pay manager to cut hours while receiving salary and benefits of bonuses. Employees suffering to make departments work without the proper amount of hours to complete.
