What is the best part about your compensation package?

Maternity leave is excellent. 16 weeks, fully paid.

So many things! The company calendar and unlimited PTO is my favorite followed by flexible working hours and parental benefits.

Pay the market value, not below it. If your going to have unlimited PTO, don't scrutinize people who take and and have their work done, talk the abusers.

Our pay is much lower than other companies in the space. We have great medical benefits but not really offered anything outside of that like other companies.

Compensation is 20% below market and way below competitors.

Career growth paths are non existant and compensation is considerably less fhan the market.
