Sandia National Laboratories Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are very considerate and thoughtful

Level 1 managers are typically the best, as are level 2. Top level management is as expected. It is the senior management just below that detract from the culture.

The great pay and the work week flexibility

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Strip away all the administrative dead weight. There are far too many overhead functions that serve minimal function

Review from Engineering Dept

Engaging the line to understand consequences before rolling out new policies
