Excellent biotech high base salary and bonus awards, the 401K program with the annual company contribution and 100% vested funds, its very generous compared to other places. + the Stock which you get to be a shareholder in the company and you want to see everyone succeed.

The full benefits package is the best part since I have a young family. We are at the doctors office a lot. The salary and bonus structure is great as well. I am happy with the earning potential. It is closely aligned with my goals.

The base pay is quite good, when combined with a decent 401k and the health insurance it become very desirable

The Bonus structure and equity

Although a signing bonus wasn't a part of my offer, the fact that Sanguine was willing to help alleviate some of the financial burden of having to return my last signing bonus showed me that I was valued, that they truly wanted me to be happy, comfortable, and a member of the Sanguine family.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel undervalued but when you really aren't making very much money it is hard to believe people when they say they value your work.

I believe compensation should be at market rate for similar roles in this industry (biotech/medical industry). My work experience at the comoany should be valued over someone mew who brinhs in sinilar experience but from somewhere else.

I believe I could be better compensated at my current position because of my excellent and mature patient bedside manner. I have 6 years experience of direct patient care from working within the clinical setting. This has only enhanced my current work flows as a PSC to be more compassionate.
