I don't feel undervalued but when you really aren't making very much money it is hard to believe people when they say they value your work.
I believe compensation should be at market rate for similar roles in this industry (biotech/medical industry). My work experience at the comoany should be valued over someone mew who brinhs in sinilar experience but from somewhere else.
