What are some of the best things about your team?
Each person has introduced themselves to me, made me feel welcomed, and has helped me navigate joining this incredible company. I'm so fortunate to be surrounded by intelligent, like-minded individuals who don't compete with one another but rather push each other to be the best version of themselves
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've never seen a group of individuals who want to not only succeed for themselves but for the good of the entire company. Individual success is celebrated as both a personal and organizational victory. We are all self motivated but it certainly helps to be pushed and inspired by those around you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I spoke with several members of our leadership team during my interviews and I cannot speak highly enough of them. After joining our CEO even made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The true shining star of my experience is Chelsea Caro. She hears me, cares for me, & has helped me grow tremendously.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although a signing bonus wasn't a part of my offer, the fact that Sanguine was willing to help alleviate some of the financial burden of having to return my last signing bonus showed me that I was valued, that they truly wanted me to be happy, comfortable, and a member of the Sanguine family.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I'm working towards something bigger than myself and the fact that everyone else is aware of that same greater mission. I'm able to jump on a call with everyone on my team and not only discuss work but build meaningful friendships with each person. It is a privilege to get to know them
