It's an overall positive one. The environment is friendly, our need for a work/life balance is respected, what is expected of me is made clear, and if I ever have trouble meeting those expectations, I have the chance to discuss it without fearing for my job security

I think the best part is the quarterly bonuses we get for meeting metrics

They regularly meet with all teams to explain the changes they are making and why, and to gauge our feedback

It seems to me that the folks on my team genuinely care about each other. People inquire about others' well being and are more than willing to help each other meet deadlines and goals if someone needs time off
What makes you most happy at work?
The balance between being self directed and being offered very clear goal posts. It makes it so I know what is expected of me, and I'm able to shift my duties around depending on what I'd like to do that day
