I appreciate how thwyre expanding the company at an accelerated rate. I also appreciate that they take notice of high performers and good employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe compensation should be at market rate for similar roles in this industry (biotech/medical industry). My work experience at the comoany should be valued over someone mew who brinhs in sinilar experience but from somewhere else.
