Everyone jumps in to help when a question is asked. There is a true collaboration that brings everyone together and makes working from home just as social as being in office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that all levels of leadership are willing to listen to recommendations and will act on these recommendations if it is beneficial to the team. I also really appreciate the mutual respect among all employees irregardless of leadership status. I feel fully valued and respected here.
