How's the morale at Sanofi US?
I cannot speak for the company at a whole, but at the Boston Hub I would say that most morale is pretty low. Seems to be a never-ending stream of assessments and meetings to identify issues with the company, but nothing ever seems to come of them.

How challenged am I at Sanofi US? It varies widely between projects. On some projects I am given pretty much full autonomy to run the project as I see fit (within very loose guidelines). Other projects are run under much more strict rules.
