What do you like best about the leadership team?
it is a pretty chilled environment and its fun to work

Managing meeting and budget, there is not much money
Ensuring there is adequate advancement for employees.
Understand the needs of each department.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Allowing to take part in deferred compensation plan.

Good people, work hard and. Very smart
Getting the job done and enjoy the coworkers while doing it

Needs to be more of a collaborative effort. Less delegation of tasks team members do not want to complete.

The supervisor and teamleader talking and planning what need to be done and how it need to be with each line and staying on top of your schedule and getting it done
A better understanding of the differences between European and American employees.

The people who interviewed unique

The people and manager who is good
Coming in and getting the people ready for there job to get done
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Needs to be better team leadership, and ensure those in leadership roles are skilled at the position, not just placed there to fill a space.
