When i first started it was good and now it like you have to kiss up to the supervisor to get your job back i think if you have more experienced and time then the other teamleader and not because of race

The manager and some of the supervisor how they ask what can you do and how wiuld you do better for the company

The supervisor and teamleader talking and planning what need to be done and how it need to be with each line and staying on top of your schedule and getting it done
