What do you like best about the leadership team?
Hard-working, open-minded and honest. We don't take ourselves too seriously. But, the work? Yes.
Hands on. Best work, nothing less. Easy going and encouraging.
Such an awesome and intelligent team!
Leadership is open to feedback at all levels, and allow employees to make their own path.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not abusing employees would be a good start
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We're running a lean machine, yet we still have a full benefits package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maternity leave is a weak point, along with 401K matching, but health care overall is good.
No amount of pay is worth abuse
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good natured and easy to work with. Not uptight like some agencies.
We are small, but mighty.
It's a smart group of individuals with deep knowledge of the industry, market and brands we work on.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a lot of laughs and keep things in perspective.
From the top down, it's about working hard and having fun.
Even with a small team, we try to keep the energy up and engage well as a team.

Met and spoke with just about every member of my team.
Instead of the basics, you're asked to fill out a survey that tests your knowledge and ways of thinking, which allows the team to get a good feel of who they're bringing in for the role.
