SAP is driving us towards mediocrity, and so irrelevance. People are treated as disposable resources.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
SAP is firmly committed to being average, sadly this means they will become irrelevant. Pay is low ( well, I suppose average!), medical is weak.
