We are paid 15% than the market. Health insurance could be a better plan. The stock option is not available for non leadership employees.
Everyone at Concur is underpaid
SAP is firmly committed to being average, sadly this means they will become irrelevant. Pay is low ( well, I suppose average!), medical is weak.

SAP destroyed Concur, and after spending $8 billion to buy it, just doesn't care about Concur at all
The company is going on a layoff spree.....
The people doing the real work don't always get credit and the investment in background services needs to be improved.
