SAS Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

We get what we were told

It is quite fair and

Cost reasonable price rates nationwide

Benefits are great for my family's needs.

Medical is the best for me.

Amazing health care coverage and low costs.

Awesome healthcare and access to many services

I love everything about it

Many education opportunities that company gives

Healthcare insurance and allowances are extremely generous. Paternity leave is acceptable and not frowned upon.

I never know when I get a present

They are just overall lovely

Benefits and Salary is Fair.

Review from Engineering Dept

Medical benefits, followed by commission bonuses

Health insurance and annual merit increases

Review from Marketing Dept

I think I am paid fairly in the industry. There is a lot more to SAS than just the pay. That weighs heavily in my decision to work here.

Review from Marketing Dept

getting a thirteenth check every year

Review from Product Dept

Health insurance, vacation, onside healthcare center and pharmacy

Review from IT Dept

low cost everything, covers more than any other insurance I've had in 15 years.

Excellent benefits. Probably the best I've ever had in my career.

Review from Marketing Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Good increase in salary as per work

I would get the average market paid salary atleast.

It's well below industry standards in exchange for benefits that really aren't that rare or exceptional now. I don't have kids and I don't live close enough to campus to gain value from those. Health care, 401k and PTO are pretty standard now.

Paid below market rate, little to no opportunities to move up, raises and bonuses either tiny or non-existent, financial penalties if you want to wfh which amount to a pay cut

having a higher bonus compensation

I been working for a year now and other people start here getting more then me

Too many people who do not contribute to production but still get better pay.

I work just to buy gas

Pay need to be higher

if we had more hours in the winter less in the summer. wish We could have a 401k even if part time

Review from Marketing Dept

I believe that for the hard work I put in, I should be offered benefits and given yearly reviews with a raise.

Review from Operations Dept

I just received a very very low pay raise after a couple years. Cost of living have went up majorly and they just don't care,

Review from Marketing Dept

Getting a raise and being recognized for doing a great job

Review from Operations Dept

I drive sales but my bonus plan is in a pool with Admins and clerks. Peers get in comp plans but they won't put me in one. Cost me $10's of thousands.

Pay is lower than market.

Review from Engineering Dept

Variable incentive packages for non sales are sub industry standard.
