What makes you most happy at work?
My teammates make me the happiest. They are fun, supportive, and knowledgeable. I enjoy working alongside them and am always learning and being challenged!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiting team was very friendly and helpful. They let me know what to expect and were very responsive when I had questions. They made me feel comfortable through a situation where it is very normal to be nervous!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders within my management chain are excellent. Authentic and approachable with a passion for the success of our company as well as their employees. They are open to new ideas and ways to improve and welcome feedback from their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive. New in my career, they have been fantastic mentors who demonstrate they truly want me to succeed. Even at a broader level, within my division, the team is collaborative and helpful. I feel very blessed to be a part of this team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager expects me to get my work done & do it well, but empowers me with the trust to do it my way. When I need flexibility due to a sick child or other personal matters, my manager is supportive. I appreciate that my company has a culture of accountability, but within that, there is flexibility
