What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership continues to be lead by the same corporate values that made the company so successful. The culture is phenomenal. I appreciate working in a place that cares about the world and uses their resources for good.

I think I am paid fairly in the industry. There is a lot more to SAS than just the pay. That weighs heavily in my decision to work here.

if we had more hours in the winter less in the summer. wish We could have a 401k even if part time

The team I work with is phenomenal. So much creativity and innovation every day, building on one another's strengths and a place where failure is just a learning experience.

People at SAS have a sense of purpose. We believe in what we do and the value it adds to the world and to people's lives.

Personal politics doesn't exist here, you have to go up the ladder quite a ways before you have to worry about that. Everyone is friendly and there is a sense of camaraderie here. We all believe in our product and we strive to make it better.

What did you like most about the interview process?
i really didnt like the process . it was all done online and over the phone . I was not used to that

Quick and concise. After the initial HR interview, I spoke with the hiring manager. Once I passed that phase, I was brought in to meet with a number of individuals which included the entire leadership team within my business unit.
