What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent benefits. Probably the best I've ever had in my career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
No nonsense, transparent, and willing to listen. The degree of these qualities however diminish the higher you go up the ladder.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, creative, and willing to help you no matter the cost. I am very loyal to my co-workers and would help them whenever they asked because I know they would do the same.
What makes you most happy at work?
A sense of accomplishment and contribution to the company that I initiate and others acknowledge. If I am clear as to the purpose of the work and how best I can contribute, then I am happy.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick and concise. After the initial HR interview, I spoke with the hiring manager. Once I passed that phase, I was brought in to meet with a number of individuals which included the entire leadership team within my business unit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Personal politics doesn't exist here, you have to go up the ladder quite a ways before you have to worry about that. Everyone is friendly and there is a sense of camaraderie here. We all believe in our product and we strive to make it better.
