Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Good increase in salary as per work
I would get the average market paid salary atleast.
It's well below industry standards in exchange for benefits that really aren't that rare or exceptional now. I don't have kids and I don't live close enough to campus to gain value from those. Health care, 401k and PTO are pretty standard now.
Paid below market rate, little to no opportunities to move up, raises and bonuses either tiny or non-existent, financial penalties if you want to wfh which amount to a pay cut

company culture is good globally but different country by country.
Upper management has tunnel vision and it too focused on its own goals. Does not think about customers' needs. Everyone at high levels lacks empathy.
